Job summary

Cloudstaff is hiring a Sales and Estimating Coordinator in a hybrid role across Ortigas/Makati/Pampanga. You will handle enquiries, prepare quotes, manage orders, and keep financial data in Xero with a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cost estimation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate cost estimates and support competitive bidding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all enquiries and deals in HubSpot from first email to quotes and invoices.
• Maintain files and data; manage sales orders, freight and the warehouse in Xero.
• Keep stock records accurate and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate on closing deals, supplier orders, and post-delivery issues.
