• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Adherence to SOPs, disciplined file management and documented processes.
• Ability to perform structured data validation and discrepancy checks.
• Familiarity with organized file storage, naming conventions, and version control.

Aufgaben

• Enter revenue-related data into designated Excel workbooks using templates and SOPs.
• Collect and organize utility billing reports and supporting documents on a recurring schedule.
• Perform completeness, formatting, and cross-file checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain audit-friendly documentation of reports received, data entered, and validation steps.
• Provide status updates on report collection, data entry, and processing progress.
• Support revenue tie-out readiness by ensuring source reports are complete and accessible.
