Job summary

Bolder Philippines is seeking an Accounting Executive to manage accurate financial record-keeping, invoicing, client billing, receipting, and reconciliations. The role supports daily finance operations and timely financial reporting across AP, AR, payroll, and tax compliance.

The position offers a hybrid setup with on-site and remote work, aiming for accurate processing and strong attention to detail within a collaborative team in Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as Accounts Administrator or similar finance role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software such as Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Record and post financial transactions in the Navision One (N1) system.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts across ledgers.
• Maintain organized filing for financial records.
• Update client/vendor information in the N1 system.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and GL checks.
• Review P&L for mispostings and ensure correct GL codes.
• Reconcile intercompany balances with counterparties.
• Process AP/AR including invoices, payments, receipts, and aging reports.
• Post payroll transactions and process employee expense claims.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting and tax compliance.
