Job summary

Bolder Philippines is seeking an Accounting Executive (Accounting Assistant) to join our finance team in a hybrid setup. You will handle general accounting, AP/AR processes, payroll accruals, and assist with tax, audits, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications include a degree in accounting or related field, strong English communication, and proficiency in Excel; experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize, maintain accuracy, and work flexibly in a hybrid setup.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting software is expected.

Responsibilities

• General accounting: post journals, balance sheet reconciliations, review GL codes.
• Accounts payable: post invoices, process payments, reconcile Aged Payables.
• Accounts receivable: post client invoices, receipts, monitor overdue balances.
• Payroll and expense claims: process payroll accruals and expense reimbursements.
• Tax, audit and reporting: assist with VAT/ GST returns, monthly/ quarterly reports, audits.
• Ad hoc support as required by management.
