Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Data Entry Admin to support day-to-day data entry and planning operations at our Pasay City hybrid site. You will be responsible for the first step of the Altus business, including job scoping and data entry, and later handle permits data entry while updating existing spreadsheets.

Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills, quick learning ability, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Day to day data entry and planning operations support.
• Handle job scoping and data entry as part of Altus business first step.
• Perform permits application data entry when required.
• Update QLD spreadsheets and tracking models as needed.
• Potential to grow into an entry-level planner over time.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Day to day data entry and planning operations support.
• This person will be responsible for the first step of the Altus business, Job scoping and data entry.
• Once this is performed, additional functions will be required such as permits application data entry.
• This position will also be responsible for operating inside of current QLD Spreadsheets and updating tracking models where required.
• This position would carry a view to become a entry level planner over time should the individual show ability
