The role supports the Dev team with data entry, load, and maintenance of Job Cost related data, including budgets and invoices. The position offers morning shifts in AU hours with a hybrid setup at The Curve, BGC, Taguig.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in a support role, experience with Accounts Payable, MRI or ERP systems, and strong Excel & MS Teams skills. Join a culture focused on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a support role preferred.
• Property industry or project experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with MRI or ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry, load and maintenance of Job Cost data including budgets, contracts and draws.
• Load budgets from Estate Master and Excel sources.
• Manage vendor/setup and insurance follow ups related to Job Cost.
• Coordinate with AP/AR and Developments Finance for invoicing and reimbursements.
• Generate monthly reports for the Developments team.
