Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.
• Document client-reported issues and track resolution to completion.
• Maintain and update worker assignments as needed.
• Provide ongoing communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and partners.
• Conduct research to resolve inquiries and provide program status reports.
• Monitor SLAs and vendor compliance; coordinate paperwork for new hires.
