Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to be the first point of contact for the program office, enabling Procurement Operations to deliver client outcomes. Responsibilities include onboarding resources, managing SOWs, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Ortigas Pasig setup.

Qualifications

• 2 years of procurement process-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant customer-focused mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and/or sourcing processes.
• Familiarity with VMS or eProcurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Triages requirements to determine engagement path.
• Assists with Statements of Work and resource assignments.
• Sets up and manages supplier access in systems.
• Coordinates RFIs and supplier qualification data.
• Supports SLAs and client inquiries, escalating as needed.
• Gathers and reports on supplier performance and issues.
• Maintains monthly activity and audit reports.
