Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our RPO team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This onsite role follows a hybrid pattern (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) with a 11-month contract payroll managed by CXC Global.

The successful candidate will coordinate interviews, travel and testing, maintain ATS data, and manage postings with strong English and Tagalog communication. Start date is 1 October 2026, and the role emphasizes administration, scheduling, and high-quality candidate

Qualifications

• Previous administration/coordinator/scheduling experience required.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, invites, rooms, VC/Skype and travel details.
• Track and update candidate data in the ATS in real time.
• Manage internal/external job postings with quality and brand alignment.
