Job summary

Korn Ferry in the Philippines (Taguig) is seeking a recruitment professional to deliver strong candidate pipelines across service lines, sourcing channels, and talent pools, while meeting personal targets and upholding ethical standards.

You will manage client relationships, follow global recruitment processes, screen and present candidates, and collaborate with onsite recruiters to drive KPI performance and quality hires.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English business communication, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Ability to manage client expectations and provide strategic sourcing guidance.
• Proficient use of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations and monitor industry changes.
• Source, screen, and present candidates for accounts in partnership with onsite recruiters.
• Lead multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools for current and future roles.
• Follow established recruitment processes and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
