GUS Education PH is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join our hybrid team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. You will perform bank, account, and GL reconciliations, ensuring data integrity and timely month‑end close.

Key requirements include 2–3 years in reconciliation, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bank, account, or GL reconciliation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Banking industry experience or high-volume transactions is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective cross‑team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure GL alignment.
• Reconcile customer and supplier payments and other GL accounts.
• Investigate unreconciled items and prepare corrective journal entries.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, and Finance teams.
• Maintain reconciliation schedules and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
