Job summary

GUS Education PH located in Bridgetowne, Quezon City is seeking a Senior Accountant (CPA) - Finance and Compliance to own G/L, reconciliations, tax, PEZA compliance, A/P, audit support, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, a CPA, Big 4 background, and hands-on knowledge of Philippine tax law and ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP. Hybrid setup; onsite for initial period.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience including GL, tax, and financial reporting.
• Experience with PEZA compliance and statutory filings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain General Ledger, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file BIR returns, VAT, EWT, and PEZA compliance documentation.
• Review payables, vendor payments, and support audit readiness.
