Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Rebate Specialist in the Philippines to accurately process customer rebates, especially deviation rebate contracts, for Product Care North America. You will work with the Pricing Execution & Optimization team, using Vendavo and SAP to capture and analyze rebate data and support monthly rebate processing.

The role involves data analysis, pricing verification, and ensuring timely issuance of rebate credits while addressing issues efficiently and courteously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a related field.
• Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong interactive and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly rebates and analyze deviation pricing.
• Enter rebate credits and perform pricing verification.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets and rebate reports for processing.
• Maintain rebate regions' open chargebacks and credits in SAP.
• Assist in reviewing rebate processes and implement improvements.
• Run pricing reports in Vendavo and SAP to update customers on new pricing.
• Respond to questions from sales reps and management; support audit processing.
• Provide monthly/ quarterly analyses of rebate volume and performance.
