Job summary

NiCE is hiring a Statement of Work Writer / Proposal Writer to join the SOW Writers Team in the Americas. You will create SOWs before order generation, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure approvals for non-standard offerings.

Role involves updating records in Salesforce, tracking SLA adherence, and generating performance reports while partnering with Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account and customer service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading customer-facing negotiations.
• Background in Contact Center operations.
• Familiarity with NICE processes and products.
• Ability to translate technical info into clear docs.
• Data analytics and reporting skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• NCMA certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOW so Sales and Customer have clear deliverables and commercials.
• Lead customer-facing SOW negotiations with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to capture terms.
• Update SOW standards in the Team space and Salesforce.
• Support initiatives to streamline SOW processes and workload.
• Maintain SOW status and tracking in Salesforce.com.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow knowledge of NICE solutions.
• Analyze data and generate SLA-related reports for the team.
• Liaise with Business Operations to enhance the SOW space in Salesforce.
