Job summary

SolutionCX, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager to own end-to-end delivery of countertop fabrication and installation projects, ensuring schedule reliability, quality, and proactive client communication. You will coordinate Sales, Scheduling, Templating, Fabrication, and Installation to meet commitments.

Training is on-site with a flexible hybrid setup after completion. The role requires coordinating multiple internal handoffs and external stakeholders, with a focus on timely updates,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction or trade projects with multiple internal handoffs and external stakeholders.
• Strong organization, documentation, and client communication skills.
• Working understanding of construction timelines, jobsite constraints, and readiness requirements.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Moraware or Stonify experience is preferred.
• Countertop/stone fabrication and installation industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of countertop fabrication and installation projects.
• Coordinate Sales, Scheduling, Templating, Fabrication, and Installation.
• Ensure schedule reliability and first-time quality.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes proactively to clients.
• Surface shortages or variances with vendors immediately.
