Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking an Analyst to drive operational execution, analytics, and continuous improvement of finance/operations processes within the GBS Pricing scope. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely outputs, and adherence to GM’s policies.

You will partner with FP&A, Order Management, and Global Finance teams to analyze trends, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and local regulations. Hybrid work with three days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience in shared services/GBS/multinational environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of core accounting/finance principles (US GAAP/IFRS) and pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day core processes within the GBS Pricing scope with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support monthly/quarterly/year-end close ensuring outputs meet SLAs.
• Maintain master data and reference files per standards and controls.
• Perform data validations and variance checks; coordinate to resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
