Job summary

GM Philippines is seeking a Finance Operations professional to execute backend processes for forecasts, budgets and reporting across the country. The role requires strong SAP expertise, cross-functional collaboration and strict adherence to GM policies.

You will analyze variances, interpret reports, and support audits while driving process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and compliance in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Basic domain knowledge of Operations Finance related processes (Actuals, Budget, Forecast Analysis)
• BA in Finance/Supply Chain/Accounting/Business or equivalent in a shared service environment
• Experience working in a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally is preferred
• Works effectively with others and as part of a team;
• Competent/Above-Average English Fluency

Responsibilities

• Execute backend processes for Forecast, Budget and Reporting
• Own a complex country process, manage quality and efficiency across processes
• Focus on reports interpretation and variance analysis for one or more business functions
• Analyze and interpret data for reporting requirements
• Understand local and business trends that impact financial operations
• Country and Region Reporting
• Ensure compliance with GM Corporate policies and external regulatory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Interact with internal/external related parties
• Drive process improvements and LEAN/Six Sigma projects
• Maintain SAP system proficiency
