Job summary

General Motors (GM) Philippines is seeking an Operations Finance professional to execute backend processes for forecasts, budgets and reporting. You will own complex country processes, monitor efficiency, and drive quality and compliance across multi‑entity operations.

You will analyze variances, interpret data for reporting requirements, and ensure adherence to GM policies and regulatory standards while collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance, Supply Chain or Accounting from an accredited program.
• Experience in a multinational organization preferred.
• Strong English fluency and ability to work across teams.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and internal controls (SOX) appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Execute backend processes for Forecasts, Budgets and Reporting in Operations Finance.
• Analyze variances and interpret data for one or more business functions.
• Ensure compliance with GM policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and participate in LEAN/Six Sigma projects as needed.
• Work with SAP and GM systems; collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
