General Motors Corporation Philippines is seeking an FP&A Analyst for a hybrid-structured role reporting to the GM Philippines office in Taguig. The position centers on operational finance processes, including forecasting, budgeting and reporting, with ownership of country-level processes and ensuring quality and compliance with GM policies.

You will interpret financial reports, perform variance analyses, and contribute to audits while collaborating with global finance teams and business units

Competenze

• Actuals, Budget, Forecast analysis knowledge.
• BA in Finance/Supply Chain/Accounting/Business or equivalent.
• Experience in multinational organization and with international colleagues preferred.
• Works well in a team and demonstrates clear English communication.
• Understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and GAAP concepts, and General Ledger impact.

• Execute backend processes for Operations Finance: Forecast, Budgets, and Reporting.
• Own country process, ensure quality/efficiency, and manage seams and trade-offs.
• Interpret reports and perform variance analysis for one or more business functions.
• Analyze and interpret data for reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and liaise with stakeholders across functions.
