Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing on a weekly or fortnightly basis. You will ensure compliance with superannuation, PAYG withholding, payroll tax, and deductions, while maintaining records and responding to queries.

You will work with the Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer to support payroll operations and prepare year-end reporting. Hybrid setup and benefits are provided at the Mega Tower, EDSA, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Experience as Payroll Officer or similar role.
• Experience with Pronto or similar payroll systems.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll requirements (PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax).
• Excellent Excel skills and payroll data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing weekly or fortnightly.
• Ensure payroll compliance (superannuation, PAYG withholding, payroll tax, deductions).
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll transactions.
• Respond to payroll queries and manage payroll email inbox.
• Prepare year-end payroll reporting and submissions.
• Collaborate with Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer to support operations.
