Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila seeks a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing on a weekly or fortnightly basis. You will ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, and payroll tax, maintaining accurate records and responding promptly to queries.

You’ll work with the Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer and contribute to year-end reporting, leveraging strong Excel skills and confidentiality to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll or accounts roles.
• Excellent Excel skills and payroll data handling.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll requirements (PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing weekly or fortnightly.
• Ensure payroll compliance and deductions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Respond to payroll queries via email inbox.
• Prepare year-end payroll reporting and submissions.
• Collaborate with Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer for operations.
