Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced English-speaking call center or U.S. healthcare support
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional style
• Ability to explain scheduling and insurance information clearly
• Strict adherence to HIPAA privacy and security standards

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical, surgical, and cosmetic appointments per provider protocols
• Triage urgent scheduling needs and optimize provider calendars
• Confirm demographics and update records in NextGen
• Communicate appointment details via phone, text, and portal
• Support recall efforts and cross-team issue resolution
