Job summary

Europe Express is hiring a Business Development Operations Specialist to coordinate partner marketing activities, events, and trainings, support HubSpot and Talkdesk operations, and ensure a smooth onboarding for new Travel Advisors.

You’ll connect Travel Advisors with partners and internal teams, track performance, and help improve the advisor experience through proactive collaboration and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in business development, team or executive assistance, administration, business coordination, account management, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Experience working with a CRM or sales platform; HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with business data, pulling/exporting reports, and identifying trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the BD calendar, events, trainings, and webinars.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with Marketing, BD, and external partners.
• Track campaign completion, leads, and performance indicators.
• Support pre-event prep, hosting, and post-event surveys.
• Serve as first point of contact for HubSpot and Talkdesk questions.
