Job summary

LexisNexis Coplogic Solution is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic telesales team and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of assignments from campaigns to reporting. You will optimize processes, tools, and governance across regions while balancing operational excellence with sales insights.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt to CI and Agile culture, with a hybrid setup including occasional onsite visits and day-one health

Qualifications

• Bachelor/College degree required.
• 1–2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in handling Sales calls-related team/program is a plus.
• Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Able to work night shift or flexible schedule.
• Willingness to learn and apply enterprise AI tools for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Telesales Representatives to meet objectives.
• Manage attendance, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Prepare operational reports and stakeholder documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive process improvements in partnership with leadership.
