Qualifications

• Audit experience is required.
• Strong MS Office skills.

• Client system operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate client systems and process complex tasks without supervision.
• Monitor AMP and OPEX activity and coach the team.
• Review business results and optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and security guidelines.
• Lead client-facing insurance processing projects.
• Analyze data and generate reports.
• Onboard new clients and tasks independently.
• Communicate with clients via email and calls with SME input.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions.
• Attend and possibly lead client calls to build relationships.
• Coach team development goals and performance reviews.
• Set up training plans and coach Jr. Trainers.
