Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Trainer to ignite a passion for continuous learning. You will transfer knowledge to new hires, analyze challenges in daily operations, and create training materials suited for both face-to-face and online learning.

You will facilitate sessions, monitor performance, mentor operators, and generate training reports to enable easy tracking. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities across international offices.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop training materials using PowerPoint and e-learning tools.
• Understands diverse learner types.
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis.
• Knowledge of training evaluation levels.
• Familiarity with Articulate or similar e-learning software.

Responsibilities

• Delivers classroom and online training sessions for the department.
• Monitors trainee performance to identify training gaps.
• Mentors and coaches operators as needed.
• Creates and maintains training reports for monitoring.
