Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Trainer to ignite a passion for continuous learning. You will transfer knowledge to new hires, analyze challenges in daily operations, and create training materials suited for both face-to-face and online learning.

You will facilitate sessions, monitor performance, mentor operators, and generate training reports to enable easy tracking. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities across international offices.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop training materials using PowerPoint and e-learning tools.
• Understands diverse learner types.
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis.
• Knowledge of training evaluation levels.
• Familiarity with Articulate or similar e-learning software.

About The Job

The Operations Trainer ignites the passion for continuous learning. We are experts in the processes, and we want to ensure that we transfer this knowledge to our new hires. We seek to understand the challenges and opportunities in the daily operations by conducting training needs analysis, as we believe that learning never stops. We are good in facilitating learning sessions and have fun as our middle name. We also create training materials that fit all learner types, appropriate for either face to face or online learning.

What You’ll Do

• Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple lines of business
• Facilitates required classroom and online training sessions for the department
• Monitors trainee performance to identify training gaps
• Mentors and coaches operators as needed
• Creates and maintains training reports for easy monitoring

What You Need To Have

• Good Facilitation Skills and Excellent communication skills
• Creation of training materials via powerpoint and other tools
• Understands different kinds of learners
• Training Needs Analysis
• Knowledge in Training levels of Evaluation
• Knowledge in Articulate or other e-learning software
