Home Credit Philippines is launching the H.Y.P.E. Management Trainee Track, a premier leadership development program designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into future business leaders.

Participants rotate across key business units, receive executive mentorship, and work on strategic projects that drive performance and growth. The program includes classroom training, hands-on learning, and a permanent day shift with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Not more than 1 year of work experience.
• Strong leadership potential and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotational assignments across key business units to gain holistic understanding.
• Contribute to team discussions, planning activities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders on strategic projects addressing challenges.
• Lead and deliver an Individual Action Learning Project from ideation to execution.
• Engage in development journeys including training, mentoring, and coaching.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Build relationships across teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and leadership potential throughout the program.
• Meet program milestones to prepare for placement into critical roles.
