Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an Operations Trainer in Metro Manila to equip agents with essential knowledge and skills using the client's curricula. You will adapt training to diverse learning styles and supervise a team of agents during product training, ensuring attendance and performance.

The role collaborates with Operations leaders to transition learners from classroom to the operations floor, and requires strong presentation and adult-learning approaches to optimize on-the-job

Qualifications

• University student in Education, Psychology, Business Administration or similar field is desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, back office support, community safety or similar role.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service expertise.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions using client curricula to diverse learners.
• Supervise a team of agents during product training, ensuring attendance and performance.
• Support transitions from classroom to on-the-job training to operations floor.
• Provide feedback and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Assess post-training knowledge retention and coaching needs.
• Assist with complex customer issues/escalations when required.
• Stay updated with account requirements and training procedures.
