You will handle access rights, system permissions, and data management while upholding confidentiality and service standards across multiple client segments. The role emphasizes collaboration and meticulous process execution in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete contract fulfilment requests for corporate, education, syndication and channel clients.
• Ensure clients’ access to the correct systems, content, and tools as per contracts.
• Maintain data accuracy and client confidentiality.
• Escalate complex fulfilment and access issues to appropriate teams.
• Provide operational reports to team leaders on request.
