Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an organised and detail‑oriented Operations & Process Support Analyst to assist day‑to‑day operations across Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain. You will help ensure transactions are accurate, workflows run smoothly, and user queries are resolved promptly using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a flexidesk arrangement (office attendance required at least 10 times per month), Monday–Friday 6:30

Qualifications

At least 2 years in business operations, administration, ERP support, or a similar role.
Experience processing business transactions and managing operational workflows.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Process and maintain business transactions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
Support purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, receipting, and inventory transactions.
Monitor work queues, workflow approvals, and transaction exceptions.
Ensure transactions are accurate and processed within service levels.
Respond to user queries and provide guidance on standard processes.
Assist with user onboarding, training, and adoption activities.
Escalate issues to support teams and track resolutions.
