Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Order to Cash processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to deliver well-analyzed solutions with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end O2C activities with accuracy, efficiency and service.
• Analyze aging receivables, drive collections, and improve cash flow.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP including pricing, addresses and discounts.
• Review blocked orders and provide recommendations via workflow tools.
• Support customers and stakeholders with solution-oriented responses.
