Job summary

• Execute end-to-end O2C activities with focus on accuracy and customer service.
• Manage collections and receivables, drive cash flow improvements.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP including pricing, addresses, discounts.
• Analyze blocked order reports and advise on credit risk.
• Provide solution-oriented responses to customer and stakeholder queries.
