Job summary

Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila is hiring for an Analysis & Reporting (Accounting) role in Meycauayan. The AR SME will manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, support key accounts, and drive data-driven insights for market leadership. Hybrid work arrangement and formal accounting education are required.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in AR, strong SAP and Power BI skills, and a track record of collaborating with international teams to improve cash flow and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and complex deductions.
• Experience in multinational/shared-service environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AR SME for the Nespresso US Market across end-to-end receivables cycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective account management and issue resolution.
• Lead governance of trade receivables, deductions, chargebacks, and aging.
• Drive timely resolution of disputes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage strategic portfolios including key accounts like Amazon.
• Provide AR performance reporting and risk assessments to leadership.
• Identify and lead automation and process improvements for AR.
