IBM Philippines is seeking an OTC professional to handle order-to-cash tasks including order entry, invoicing and cash application. You will maintain customer masterdata, process orders, and ensure accuracy to meet SLAs and OLAs.

Collaboration with finance teams and client-facing stakeholders is essential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in O2C, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle/Salesforce or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant field with 1–2 years experience in Order to Cash (O2C).
• Understanding of finance concepts and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Customer Masterdata, Order and Credit Management, Billing, Disputes, and Cash Application.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in team meetings and meeting metrics.

Responsabilités

• Enter and process customer orders in the system.
• Verify order details (pricing, discounts, terms).
• Generate and verify invoices; ensure timely delivery.
• Post payments to invoices; perform basic cash application tasks.
• Support bank reconciliation and meet SLAs/OLAs.
