Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a SaaS Support Specialist in Manila, with a hybrid schedule and night shifts. You will serve as the first point of contact, supporting clients across multiple products and managing cases end-to-end from Eastwood, Quezon City.

You will log issues in Salesforce, triage inquiries, and handle complex support requests while coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across multiple products
• Initial point of contact for customer support issues
• Responsible for support cases through the entire life cycle of the support case
• Log and track issues in support ticketing system (SalesForce)
• Triage incoming support cases
• Responsible for handling intricate customer support issues
• Handle client configurations
• Handle support cases related to internal/external configuration changes/tasks, data entry, etc.
