Job summary

MicroSourcing in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a hybrid, day-shift position. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates from multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screens to assess availability, licences, location, and pay expectations.

You will shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and manage timesheets, while supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns.

• Screen resumes against job briefs
• Conduct initial phone screens (availability, licences, location, pay expectations, work rights)
• Shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews and participate in later interviews
• Follow up on timesheets
• Run bulk SMS/email campaigns for high-volume roles

Your Role

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/ email campaigns for high-volume roles
