Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Specialist to join our hybrid night-shift team at MoA, Two E-com, Pasay City. You will monitor CCTV, analyze transactions, and investigate theft with precise reporting.

You will collaborate with Operations to strengthen controls, identify loss trends, and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace. Prior experience in loss prevention and proficiency with Excel and CCTV systems are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Loss Prevention or related roles.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to review CCTV footage and identify suspicious behaviors.
• Experience analyzing POS data, payment records, and sales reports.
• Strong written English for reports.
• Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms and CCTV software.
• Independent problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV footage to identify theft and suspicious activity.
• Analyze POS transactions and sales reports for anomalies.
• Conduct investigations with clear reports and timelines.
• Identify repeat offenders and theft trends across locations.
• Escalate confirmed theft with supporting evidence.
• Maintain case records in the Loss Prevention system.
• Monitor CCTV health and report issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to communicate findings.
• Suggest improvements to loss prevention procedures.
