Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration; other relevant courses may be considered
• Minimum 1 year related work experience in Industrial B2B; Shared Service or multinational background is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office; SAP highly preferred
• Background in Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) and digital skills (VBA Macros, SAP scripting, Power BI, Python) is an advantage
• Excellent command of English; team player, detail-oriented, strong administrative skills

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day North American Customer Service operations: order entry, PO entry, order status, tracking
• Communicate with customers via email to provide product/service information or clarify inquiries
• Record customer interactions and transactions including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Manage business partners through governance calls and pulse checks
• Provide operational/ad hoc support and collaborate on team projects
• Perform Continuous Improvement tasks to improve processes
