Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation is hiring a Middle Office Associate in Manila to support multi-asset trading desk activities. You will ensure accurate trade bookings, end-of-day pricing, and timely client deliverables, while coordinating with several internal teams and regional clients.

The role offers hybrid work with in-office and work-from-home flexibility, exposure to a broad range of financial products, and opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives and technology-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Exposure to various key financial products (Equities, Options, Futures, Fixed Income, derivatives).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in client service with cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of all trade bookings, end of day pricing, and client deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients on systems and trade-related queries.
• Review daily cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks.
• Collaborate with Middle Office, Nav, IT and Investor Service teams.
• NAV support: assist queries regarding trades or pricing.
• Monitor and process product life-cycle events; participate in strategic projects.
