Job summary

SimCorp Manila is hiring an Operations Analyst to support the Middle Office with a broad understanding of Investment Operations and the full trade lifecycle. You will liaise with clients, custodians, and managers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in buy-side operations, familiarity with capital markets, and strong Excel skills. The role offers a hybrid work model (2x in office) and opportunities for growth within a global tech

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in buy-side or outsourced Operations focusing on Trade Management, FX, and/or Reconciliations.
Knowledge of Capital Markets products and diverse security types.
Derivatives product knowledge (OTC pricing and lifecycle) is preferred.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel).
Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

Execute daily tasks and monitor workflows across trade data lifecycle from confirmation to settlement.
Investigate and resolve transaction booking exceptions across FI, FX, equity, and derivatives.
Coordinate with 3rd party managers, counterparties, clients, and custodians to resolve issues.
Respond to client queries and participate in onboarding, testing, and service development.
Support audit readiness and contribute to KPI monitoring and reporting.
Maintain procedures and contribute to ongoing training.
