Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to financial services.
• 2-4 years of funds administration experience.
• Complete understanding of Trade Life Cycle.
• Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Investment Operations process with understanding of end-to-end Fund Accounting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of new products/ activities within Investment Operations and ensure its successful implementation.
• Participate in migration/re-migration of funds and adherence to project/migration timelines.
• Review the Postings/Reconciliation Packs/ Trades Upload.
• Review the deliverables of upstream shells with regard to accuracy of breaks reported.
• Perform maker and checker activities as required.
• Raising the exceptions with appropriate teams
