The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of funds experience, strong capital markets knowledge, and solid accounting principles; you will ensure accurate postings, reconciliations, and timely delivery while upholding risk controls and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to financial services.
• 3-5 years of funds administration experience.
• Understanding of Trade Life Cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and financial instruments.
• Experience with end-to-end Fund Accounting model.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; good interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of new products/ activities within Investment Operations.
• Participate in migration/re-migration of funds and meet timelines.
• Review the Postings/Reconciliation Packs/ Trades Upload.
• Review upstream shells deliverables for accuracy of breaks reported.
• Perform maker and checker activities as required.
• Raise the exceptions with appropriate teams
