Job summary

SimCorp Manila Delivery Center is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Middle Office team. You will work across the full trade lifecycle, including confirmations, settlements, and custody reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate processing for multiple asset classes.

The role requires 5–7 years in buy-side or outsourced operations, knowledge of capital markets, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work arrangement (2x in office) is offered, with opportunities for growth in a global

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in buy-side or outsourced Operations with Trade Management, FX and/or Reconciliations
• SimCorp Dimension experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Capital Market products and derivatives (OTC pricing)
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written
• Advanced MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks and monitor workflow of processes from trade data to settlement
• Investigate and resolve transaction booking exceptions
• Manage events lifecycle for trades (FX, FI, Derivatives, Money Market)
• Perform reconciliations between platforms, custodians, and third parties
• Liaise with managers, counterparties, clients and custodians to resolve issues
• Respond to client queries and participate in onboarding, testing and service development
• Maintain procedures, ongoing training and reporting to management
• Ensure service delivery aligns with SLA and KPI targets
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement
