Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Manila Speaker Bureau Logistics Planner to act as the main contact for venue, food & beverage, and AV vendors, supporting field force sales reps through compliant meeting planning. The role requires collaboration within a client Core Team and coordination of logistics from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in events planning or customer service, with experience serving US clients and familiarity with pharma-related events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience planning events or meetings, preferably in Life Sciences or US client-facing roles.
• Strong vendor coordination and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of US cultural norms and practices to service stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Salesforce, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client Core Team to plan and support logistics for meetings.
• Coordinate planning and delivery of meeting logistics within budget and rules.
• Confirm venue booking and ensure venue compliance.
• Plan and confirm Food & Beverage needs for attendees.
• Review AV needs and coordinate with vendors and planners.
• Maintain timely communication with planners and vendors throughout the lifecycle.
