Job summary

IQVIA Manila is seeking a Manila Speaker Bureau Financial Close & Review Planner to join a team that plans and manages compliant meetings for Life Sciences clients, handling cost review, budgeting, and attendee tracking for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

You will collaborate with planners and suppliers, ensure adherence to client rules, verify travel, honorarium, and venue charges, and maintain accurate records across systems while working US hours as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, preferably with US clients.
Experience in audit and financial review processes is preferred.
Experience in pharma industry is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce and Smartsheet helpful.

Responsibilities

Collaborate as part of the client Core Team to plan and execute meetings.
Review planning and budgeting to meet client rules and cost limits.
Verify travel, honorarium, and venue charges for accuracy.
Ensure expenses align with client-approved calculators and categories.
Communicate with planners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
