Job summary

ConnectOS in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, schedule, and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals. You will develop career paths and individual development plans to foster employee growth and progression.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, updating modules, facilitating sessions, maintaining records, collecting feedback, and producing impact reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in L&D, Training, or Customer Service within offshore, BPO, or shared services environment.
• Experience supporting offshore teams and international clients, preferably Australian-based.
• Technical Trainer experience in a technical industry is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in developing training modules and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop learning programs aligned with business requirements.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, with familiarity in LMS and training reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, scheduling, and delivering training programs, workshops, seminars, and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement career path programs and individual development plans to support employee growth and progression.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venue arrangements, training materials, resources, and participant communications.
• Develop, maintain, and update training modules, learning materials, and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Facilitate training sessions and support Training the Trainer initiatives when required.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation, monitoring employee participation, completion, and learning progress.
• Gather and analyze participant feedback and training evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare training reports covering learning activities, participation, outcomes, and the overall impact of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads, managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and align learning programs with business requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
