GoTeam is seeking a detail-focused Participant Support Specialist - Date Entry to join our Cebu team. This role supports U.S. clients with COBRA data processing, document handling, and accurate entry into templates and Excel trackers.

The position requires 2–3 years in data entry/back office, strong Excel and Salesforce familiarity, and the ability to work U.S. business hours from Cebu in a hybrid onsite-then-hybrid setup. Training provided, with AI certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in data entry, document processing, or back-office administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Process COBRA event files and initial notices within required timelines.
• Import files, review error reports, create Salesforce tickets, and manage document processing.
• Scan, upload, and send documents through Salesforce, including COBRA enrollment forms and CDH claims.
• Handle returned mail and notifications due to invalid addresses.
• Perform data entry, update Excel trackers, and transfer information into fillable templates.
• Sort incoming mail and coordinate with Team Leads and Account Managers to resolve missing or inaccurate client data.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information in compliance with applicable privacy requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
