Job summary

OutForce Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional to support statutory and management reporting, tax compliance, and financial control across listed property funds in Australia and New Zealand.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audits, and reconciliations while collaborating with stakeholders. Based in the Philippines, you will work AU hours in a hybrid setup (3 days on site, 2 days WFH) at The Curve, 11th Floor, 32nd Street corner 3rd Avenue, BGC, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with experience in corporate or property funds.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Background in commercial, corporate, or property funds.
• Big 4 experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Financial control of listed structures.
• Prepare deliverables for listed financial reporting.
• Budgeting and rolling forecasting.
• Treasury management and covenant monitoring.
• External audit coordination.
• Tax calculations (GST, PAYG).
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
