Expand Force IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, implement, migrate, configure, and deliver client projects with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and security across hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and clients to ensure timelines and high-quality outcomes. The role covers infrastructure, cloud, security, and MS 365 initiatives, including migrations, configurations, and ongoing support with a focus on documentation and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting and implementing Microsoft environments.
Experience delivering technical projects in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and implementations.
Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects per approved scope, timeline, and SOW.
Perform technical implementations, migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
Provide regular project updates, risks, blockers, and status to the Project Manager.
Participate in kickoff, discovery, implementation, and closure meetings.
Document all project activities, configurations, and deliverables.
Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
